    Returning Online Orders to Our Warehouse

    To initiate your return, please lodge your return request online using your email and GUESS order number via our returns portal here: https://guessaustralia.loopreturns.com/#/ 

    Return Options

    Exchange for a different item

    Select the Shop Now option during the return process to exchange your item for a different size or style. Make sure to post your return as soon as possible and we will send your next order as soon as your return is scanned by Australia Post. *Exchanges are only available for Australian customers.

    Opt for store credit & score a $5 bonus credit*

    Opt for a store credit and we’ll give you an extra $5 bonus credit to spend! Simply select our store credit option during the return process and you will receive your store credit including an extra $5 bonus credit as soon as your return has been scanned by Australia Post.

    Just want a refund?

    We offer convenient and affordable $5 returns for all purchases, within 30 days! Simply select our refund option during the return process and the AU$5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once we receive your return.

    Once we receive your return, our Quality Check Team will access and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are made to the original method of payment and can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.

    Please note: Orders beginning with EXC- can only be returned to the online store.

     

    Returning Online Orders to a Store

    Simply present your online receipt at any GUESS store (excluding David Jones, Myer & DFO stores) within 30 days of receipt. Our staff will be happy to assist you with an exchange, gift card or refund, this applies to full-price and sale merchandise. Please note if a refund is selected, we can only refund to the original payment method. Please note, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

    We are sorry to hear your order isn't perfect. You can exchange any item within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

    Items must be unworn and in original condition, with tags, packaging and box included. There must be no damage or signs of wear, such as sole markings or scratches.

    Simply select our store credit option during the return process and you will receive your store credit as your return has been delivered.

    Just want a refund?

    We offer convenient and affordable $10 returns for all purchases, within 30 days! Simply select our refund option during the return process and the AU$10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once we receive your return.

    Once your lodgement has been received on our end, we will review your return and email you a pre-paid return label. 

     

    In addition to your statutory rights, we have a hassle-free returns policy for in-store purchases.

    All eligible in-store change of mind returns for goods purchased in-store require:

    1. Proof of purchase to issue any refund or exchange.
    2. The product is to be in original condition with all tickets and labels attached.
    3. Full-priced items are to be returned within 30 days of purchase and sale items are to be returned within 7 days of purchase

    Please note we are unable to accept exchanges on underwear, swimwear, socks or earrings due to Australian health and safety regulations.

    Items purchased under warranty may be subject to assessment or repair if returned as faulty.

    Items can only be returned in the country in which they were purchased.

    Items purchased from DFOs or GUESS Factory Outlets must be returned to a DFO, our full-priced stores cannot accept returns of factory products. 

    Over Christmas, we have extended our returns period - giving you plenty of time to return any gifts that aren't quite right.

    Any online purchase made between Sunday December 1st 2024 and Tuesday December 24th 2024 are eligible for extended returns up until Tuesday January 28th 2025.

    Online purchases made after December 24th 2024 will be subject to our standard returns policy.

    Once your order has been delivered to our warehouse, our returns team can take up to 5 business days to inspect and process your return.  

    You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has been processed. If you are concerned about a delay with your return we recommend:

    1. Find the tracking number for your return and check if it is still in transit
    2. Checking your spam/junk for the confirmation email

    If your return is outside of this timeframe and the tracking shows it has been delivered, or if you are worried that there’s something wrong with your return, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance at customercare@guess.com.au or 1800 047 377

    We're so sorry to hear you have received something that is not up to our usual standards. To request a fault assessment, please follow the following steps:

    Online:

    1. Please lodge your return request online using your email and GUESS order number via our returns portal here: https://guessaustralia.loopreturns.com/#

    2. Please upload 2-3 clear, large, high-resolution images of the fault, soles (if it's a shoe purchase) and overall product.

    Damaged or faulty online purchases can also be taken into any full-priced GUESS store (excl. DFO) for a fault assessment. If approved, our sales assistants can help you to exchange your faulty item. 

    In-Store:

    If the item was purchased in-store, please return the item to the store of purchase, with your original proof of purchase, and our Sales Assistants will be happy to assess the item.

    Stockist Return:

    If you purchased an item through one of our stockists, it will need to be returned directly to the stockist. Please refer to their website for returns information and Customer Care contacts. 

    Unfortunately, as the stockist holds the value of the product, this needs to be resolved directly with them.

    Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure faults in materials or workmanship are communicated within a reasonable timeframe. General wear and tear or misadventure are not covered.

    You can return for a refund or exchange at any full-price or reduced merchandise (purchased online or in-store) that is unworn and in its original condition to any full-priced GUESS store (excl. David Jones, Myer & DFO stores).

    Simply present your online order confirmation with your order number at any GUESS store (excl. DFO) within 30 days of receipt of your order where our staff will be happy to assist.

    Please note we can only refund the original payment method. 

    We would love to assist you directly, however, if your item was purchased through one of our stockists, it will need to be returned directly to that store as they hold the value of the stock and will have a record of the transaction.

    Please kindly review their individual returns policy and reach out to their Customer Care team.

    Online orders made via Afterpay, Paypal, Klarna and Zip can be returned online or to any of our full-price GUESS stores (excluding DFO). 

    Once your return has been processed by our team, any future instalments for your Buy Now Pay Later transaction will be cancelled. Any instalments that have been paid will be refunded via the merchant.

    Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to settle into your account.

    GUESS standalone stores (excl. DFO) are also able to process exchanges for other products.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for in-store purchases online. Please return to any full-price GUESS store (excluding DFO stores) in Australia to receive a refund or exchange. 

    Full-priced items purchased in-store can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days with your proof of purchase. To meet our return conditions, your item must be in original condition with all tags and labels attached.

    Refunds are made to the original method of payment and can take up to 5 business days to appear in your account. 

    Sorry to hear your purchase wasn't perfect!

    You can return any reduced merchandise that is unworn and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached, for a refund, exchange or store credit.

    The customer is responsible for all postage charges associated with change-of-mind returns.

    If you do not have access to a printer, don't worry! Simply present the return label on your mobile device to any Australia Post outlet. They will be able to scan the QR code and print the label for you.

    Returning Online Orders to a Store

    Simply present your online receipt at any GUESS store (excluding David Jones, Myer & DFO stores) within 30 days of receipt. Our staff will be happy to assist you with an exchange, gift card or refund, this applies to full-price and sale merchandise. Please note if a refund is selected, we can only refund to the original payment method. Please note, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

    Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept change-of-mind exchanges or returns on underwear, swimwear, socks, earrings and fragrance.

    We do not accept returns for GUESS merchandise purchased from stores outside of Australia. We recommend reaching out to the originating retailer and following their return policy.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that do not meet our original condition standards, which include the intact presence of the swing tag.

    We kindly request that all returned items be in their original condition, with the swing tag securely attached, to facilitate a smooth return process.
