Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email updating you with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on the delivery.
The consignment number will usually only appear as valid once the shipment has been collected and reached the Australia Post depot for scanning. If you receive an error the same day your order is dispatched, please try again in the morning once the package has been scanned.
If you are having issues opening or locating your tracking number, you can always retrieve it from your account. Please login to your account and open the order history of our website. You will then be able to find the tracking number once dispatched. Use your consignment number to track your parcel on the Australia Post website: http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html.

Yes, currently offered to New Zealand only. It is complimentary on all orders over AU$150, subject to change. For orders under AU$150 standard flat rate of AU$15 will be charged at checkout.
Orders to New Zealand will be shipped with Australia Post International. Please allow 8-15 days for your order to arrive.
Orders may incur taxes and duties applied by the country of the recipient. Any import taxes and duties incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the recipient. A de minimis is a threshold that exempts imports from duty and or tax/VAT and differs by country, the import limit for New Zealand is currently 1000 NZD.
In compliance with Australian Export regulations, we are obliged to declare the exact value of all items ordered as well as mark them as dutiable "merchandise". It is prohibited by law to mark orders as ‘gifts', regardless of circumstances. Check the delivery time frame displayed on your Australia Post tracking. If your delivery has passed the estimated delivery time, please reach out to the GUESS Customer Care team with your order number via email, online chat, phone or messenger.
We will submit an enquiry with our carrier on your behalf and follow up accordingly.
Please note: Australia Post investigations can take up to 10 business days to be resolved. We will work with you closely throughout this period.
Yes, all deliveries require a signature on delivery unless you specifically request no signature upon delivery via the Australia Post tracking.
We recommend always signing for your parcels and not authorising Australia Post to leave your parcel.
Please note: GUESS Australia is not responsible for any stolen or missing packages if the customer has advised Australia Post to leave the parcel without a signature on delivery.
Yes! We ship to both PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers within Australia only. Always double-check that your address is entered correctly at check-out.
For deliveries to New Zealand, a full business or residential address is required.
An order may be returned to the sender due to the incorrect shipping address, a failed delivery attempt or a missed collection from the Post Office.
Once this parcel has been received by our warehouse, our Customer Service team will notify you via email to confirm the correct delivery address and arrange to have it re-shipped.
