If you have placed your order recently, your order should be on its way to you! Please check your spam and junk folders for your shipping notification with tracking details. If you cannot find the email please log into your account to find your tracking details.
If you believe your item to be missing or delayed please reach out to us at customercare@guess.com.au so that we can investigate this for you.
Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. Depending on our order volume, your parcel should be dispatched within 5 business days, excluding our carrier timeframes. Please note this is the time is takes for our warehouse to pick and pack your order and excludes Australia Post freight. During peak promotions our warehouse can experience dispatch delays.
Please note, we dispatch orders from 9am-5pm Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and Public Holidays.
If you place your order on a weekend, the order will be processed the following business day.
We will endeavour to send your items according to our delivery time frame. If there are any issues processing your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes, including removing items from the order.
If you notice an error on your order, please reach out to us within 1 hour of the order being placed, as the order will need to be cancelled and a new one will need to be placed.

Rarely, we do experience stock discrepancies due to the volume of orders that we receive, occasionally this results in items being out of stock.
In this circumstance, you will be contacted and the style will be immediately refunded. If you have ordered multiple items, rest assured that they will still be dispatched to you.

To purchase a product on the website, you first need to log in, if you are already a member, sign up if you are not, or checkout as a guest.
Please note; You will need your credit/debit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard or AMEX), Afterpay, Klarna ZipPay or PayPal account details to place your order.
Once your checkout has been completed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you don’t receive it, please double-check your junk/spam folder as sometimes they can land there.

Unfortunately, from time to time, we do experience a stock discrepancy which results in an item being out of stock. We understand how disappointing this can be for our customers. We will always conduct an internal investigation with our warehouse and try and source the item for you.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be notified via email, within 1-2 business days, once we have conducted a thorough investigation with our warehouse. Upon cancellation of your order, you will receive a full refund back to your original payment method.
Please note that funds may take 2-5 business days to appear in your account.
